If I could give Andy Claypool 10 stars, I would. I left a message after hours on a Friday evening and to my surprise, he called me back. He was very knowledgeable and completely sympathetic to my plight (90 degree heat and AC died!!!). He originally thought he would be out Saturday morning, which was fine with us, we had resigned ourselves to sweating for a night. He called back maybe 30 minutes later and stated he’d be at my door in an hour. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. He charged a very fair price for coming out after hours and squeezing us in. I am very impressed with his punctuality, his knowledge, and his willingness to help us out! Thank-you so much!!!!

We found Advantage Air on-line and decided to call as we saw all the reviews were good. I am very thankful we called. Our AC did not work at all. Andy answered the phone personally and came out within an hour. He was efficient and fixed the problem right away (bad condenser). I was surprised how quickly he assessed the problem. He obviously has a vast knowledge of AC units and knows what he is doing. Andy was very professional and came out in a nice business truck. I wasn’t sure what to expect for price, but I felt he was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC service!
